  • Q How long will it take for us to get the order?

    A For sample order, usually, we will choose to ship by Express, for example, FedEx,UPS,DHL,TNT,DPD. Normally, it will take 5-7 workdays for you to get the parcel after we dispatch the order.
    For bulk order, usually, we will ship by sea. It will take about 35-45 days for you to get the order after the ship set sail.
  • Q Can you provide tax-included services when shipping?

    A Yes, when sending samples, most countries can choose a tax-included dedicated line. But some countries are excluded, such as Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and so on.
  • Q Can we use our own shipping account?

    A For sample order, if you use FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS freight collect,then you can use your own shipping account. But,usually,customers will choose to pay the freight in advance,and let us handle the shipment. In this way,
    We use a 3rd party shipper, and we must use their accounts. Under this condition,we can transport the order with less cost.
  • Q Why can’t we track the order yet?

    A The Express companies usually needs about 24-48 hours after their initial scan for things to show up on their website. If you can’t see anything after that, please feel free to reach out here
