Well, we've put together some frequently asked questions (that's FAQ for you acronym lovers!) to help you on your quest to knowing all about electric bike solutions.   • Q Can we change our order?

    A It will be much better that you confirm all the details in the PI before you arrange the payment. But, if you have no ideas and have to change some items or change some configurations for some items, then please let us know asap. Once we start the production, then we can not do any change any more. 

  • Q Can we get the sample order firstly?

    A Yes, we support sample testing free of charge. For sample test order, please pay it according to the PI. When you confirm the bulk order with us, we will reduce the sample fee directly in your bulk order. 

  • Q What payment methods can we use?

    A We accept T/T, PayPal, Western Union,L/C. Various payment methods help you start the first cooperation with us easier. 

  • Q Can we customize our company LOGO in the products?

    A Yes, you can. For motor and battery, it is not difficult to do this. We can achieve this by laser on the motor or labeling on the lithium battery. Usually, MOQ is 20 units. But,for LCD displays, if you want to customize your own LOGO in the LCD screen, MOQ is 200 pcs, since the material is different. Or, you can choose colorful TFT LCD display, then you can have your own unique boot interface. 

  • Q Can we customize our own LOGO in the package?

    A Yes, we support this service. MOQ is 200 sets. Under this condition, we provide this service free of charge. Otherwise, you will need to pay the customize fee for the package. 

  • Q How long will it take for the order?

    A Usually, for sample order, if you choose the standard functions in the ebike solutions, and we have them in stock, it will take about 2-3 days to be shipped. If the functions are customized, it will take about 20 days to finish the production. For bulk order, less than 200 sets, and the ebike kits include lithium battery, it will take about 30 days; more than 200 sets but less than 500 sets, and ebike kits include lithium battery, it will take about 45 days. 

  • Q How long will it take for us to get the order?

    A For sample order, usually, we will choose to ship by Express, for example, FedEx,UPS,DHL,TNT,DPD. Normally, it will take 5-7 workdays for you to get the parcel after we dispatch the order.
    For bulk order, usually, we will ship by sea. It will take about 35-45 days for you to get the order after the ship set sail.

  • Q Can you provide tax-included services when shipping?

    A Yes, when sending samples, most countries can choose a tax-included dedicated line. But some countries are excluded, such as Australia, New Zealand, Switzerland and so on.

  • Q Can we use our own shipping account?

    A For sample order, if you use FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS freight collect,then you can use your own shipping account. But,usually,customers will choose to pay the freight in advance,and let us handle the shipment. In this way,
    We use a 3rd party shipper, and we must use their accounts. Under this condition,we can transport the order with less cost.

  • Q Why can’t we track the order yet?

    A The Express companies usually needs about 24-48 hours after their initial scan for things to show up on their website. If you can’t see anything after that, please feel free to reach out here.
