Well, we've put together some frequently asked questions (that's FAQ for you acronym lovers!) to help you on your quest to knowing all about electric bike solutions. We know your minds are vast and unique, so feel free to give us a shout or drop us a line if you don't find what you're looking for below.   • Q Do you provide installation instructions manual or installation instruction videos?

    A Yes, after you place the order, we will share the documents with you. You can also click here to watch the video.
  • Q If we are not satisfied with the received goods, is it possible to return the goods?

    A For sample order, if there is a quality problem, we will determine the specific problem, and then provide the after-sale solutions accordingly. If you can fix the problem after replace some broken parts, then we will send the warranty parts to you for free. If you can not fix the problem even after replacing the broken parts, we will send you a new one for free.
    You don’t need to return the broken parts back to us.
    For bulk order,if there is a quality problem, we will determine the specific problem, and then provide the after-sale solutions accordingly. You can record the warranty parts that you need to do after-sale service for your clients, and send the lists to us, we can ship them to you together with your next order, if not urgently. It it is urgent, we will ship them to you by air.
  • Q How long is your warranty?

    A For the ebike kit, in simple terms, our warranty is as follows: motor: 3 years; battery: 2 years; controller: 1 year; other accessories: half a year.
    For electric bicycle,in simple terms, our warranty is as follows: frame: 2 years;motor: 3 years; battery: 2 years; controller: 1 year; other electrical accessories: half a year; wearing parts,i.e. casings and tires: 1 month.
    For electric scooter, 1 year warranty for electrical system.

    * Belong to one of the following items, are not within the scope of free warranty, even if the product is in the warranty period, our company will charge related fees.

    (1) Human fault caused by user's wrong operation;

    (2) The user disassembles, repairs or changes program by himself and caused problem.

    (3) Other problems and faults caused by abnormal use (such as overload);

    (4) Failure and damage caused by force majeure factors (such as fire, earthquake, snow and ice, lightning strike, flood, etc.).
