Pre-inspection Before Production

Before the product is put into production, we will conduct a pre-inspection of the materials. Take the production of lithium batteries as an example, we will screen the battery cells for consistency of capacity through professional machines, eliminate the cells with insufficient consistency, and return them to the battery cell factory.

Semi-finished product inspection

In accordance with the semi-finished product testing standards, we will require manufacturers to attach testing reports with the goods, and will also conduct 100% testing after the production of the products in our production workshop to ensure that the quality of the finished products is 100% qualified.

Finished product inspection

For new samples, especially unconventional and customized products, we will arrange technicians to conduct outdoor cycling loading tests on the products according to the usage scenarios to ensure that the entire system is matched and the performance meets your requirements.

For bulk orders, if the order is placed in full accordance with the specifications and parameters of the sample, the outdoor cycling load test will no longer be carried out on the product. Normally carry out no-load testing in the workshop; however, if the order is not placed in accordance with the specifications and parameters of the sample, we will once again perform outdoor cycling loading tests on the product according to the usage scenario to ensure that the entire system is matched and the performance meets your requirements. *After the testers in the workshop have completed the inspection of all products, the person in charge of our quality management department will conduct a random inspection of 5%-8% of the finished products again according to the finished product testing standards to ensure that the quality of the goods are qualified before they leave the factory.
